We challenge you to plank every day for 21 days. Track your plank times in the record sheet we provide you- plank as many times as you like each day. At the end of the 21 days; add up all your plank times- the Challenge Member with the highest accumulated plank time WINS 1ST PRIZE!
WE WANT YOU TO STAY MOTIVATED!
Each Monday of the Challenge you will be personally emailed the link to your Core Workout Video for the week. Workouts are in REAL TIME with Byron & Jess (beginner, intermediate & advanced levels) and are designed exclusively for the 21 Day Plank Challenge, with a focus on core strength.
